Macerated for 12 days with temperature control and aged in stainless steel for 10 months, this wine boasts a uniquely concentrated yet elegant flavor profile thanks to the expertise of Venetian oenologist, Andrea Boaretti. Pair with grilled red meat or a hearty baked pasta.
