In the glass, a translucent ruby hue with aromas of sour cherry, dried cranberry, and wild herbs, layered with subtle cedar, alpine spice, and a faint earthy edge. The palate is medium bodied and finely structured, with Nebbiolos hallmark tannins softened by mountain freshness delivering red fruit, savory notes, and a gently bitter, persistent
