The grapes are destemmed and fermented in cement for a fresh and minerally expression of Malbec. The wine's fruit reigns supreme. The grapes used to create this latest batch of wine were sourced from several of the vineyards different terroirs, allowing Malbecs fruity and easily digestible qualities come to the forefront. Pair it with grilled salmon tacos.
