Cantina Furlani 'Maddie' Rosso Alto Adige, 2024 tiki style Nose: AromaticThis wine is made of 100% Schiava. Maddie is named as a tribute to the Santa Maddalena DOC. Spontaneous fermentation without temperature control. Aged in stainless steel. No filtering or fining and minimal sulfur addition if needed. It is bright, juicy, chillable, and gulpable. A perfectly refreshing wine on those warm summer nights, when you still want red wine! Pair it with grilled sausages topped with mustard and sauerkraut.
