Domaine Rougeot Pere et Fils Meursault Charmes Premier Cru, 2020 north coast Aged for 12-15 months inSouth of Meursault, near Puligny, the Charmes du Dessous express themselves with exotic, rich and long notes. Vinification: Manual harvest, direct pneumatic pressing of whole, unpressed bunches, cold settling for 2 days, alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts and malolactic fermentation in barrels. Racking into stainless steel tanks for assembly and resting for 1 month before filtration and bottling.
