Linkwood 25 Year Old - Distillery Labels (Gordon & MacPhail) Cabernet Sauvignon aiming for the first whiskySingle malt from the Linkwood distillery up in Speyside, aged for a quarter of a century! Following its 25 year long maturation, Gordon & MacPhail bottled it up for the Distillery Labels series it only seems apt to give a delicious old whisky such as this one a lovely retro label. Nose: Cinnamon rolls, nutmeg, Sesame Snaps, treacle and cherry. Palate: Chewy raisins and dates, mixed with stem ginger, chocolate sauce and grassy malt. Still packing a lot
