Sourced from high up in the Santa Cruz Mountains, and vinified through carbonic maceration, this wine boasts mouthwatering acidity and energetic fruit, just like some of its cousins from the Beaujolais. We would pair it with a juicy smashburger with fresh lettuce, beefsteak tomatoes, caramelized onions, and a dollop of thousand island dressing.
