Each of the Discovery bottlings comes presented in livery which places it in one of three flavour profile categories; 'Sherry', 'Smoky' or 'Bourbon Cask'. This one falls into that first category it's a delicious sherried treat! The nose reveals rich notes of toffee apples, rum soaked raisins, and fresh malt. On the
