The new 10 track project includes previously released singles "2010," "Tabula Rasa (feat. Armand Hammer)," and "Titanic" and features collaborative contributions from artists and producers Zelooperz, Nak el Smith, Armand Hammer, Black Noi$e, and The Alchemist. Speaking about the new project, Earl says: "SICK! is my humble offering of 10 songs
