The tops are set with a single beautiful blue aquamarine, surrounded by fine millegrain detailing. Suspended from a fine chain are three dreamy seed pearls, fully articulated with an aquamarine drop. They're crafted in buttery 15 karat yellow gold throughout, with stud backs and they drop just under an inch from the ear. Converted
