Grignolino is a light and fragrant red grape, and much like Nebbiolo, has grippy tannins and light fruit. We would pair it with Cotechino and lentils, a Northern Italian sausage dish laid on a bed of hearty lentils. Tenuta Tenaglia focuses on small production and aims to highlight the wines of the Piedmontese Monferrato hills.
