60's Yellow Netted Cloche Hat straps Label: Phil Jacobs Kansas CityThis 1960's cloche hat is darling and perfect for spring and summer. It's made of a lovely yellow fabric with a slight sheen, covered with delicate netting. There is a grosgrain band around the rim. So cute! Size 21. 5". No labels. Excellent condition. Height is 6 1 2" in front, 6" in back, rim is 3" wide.
