- Items may be purchased via the checkout, however, customers are advised to contact Sasha before purchasing via checkout to discuss the purchase items and the cost of shipping which is not included in the checkout process. PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT FIXED AS THE COST DEPENDS ON THE COURIER SERVICE COSTS INCLUDING THE COST OF COURIERING TO SPECIFIC COUNTRIES.
- Once purchase items have been finalized and shipping costs have been given to the customer, payment in full is required before commencement of manufacture and/or delivery of pieces.
- Payment may be made via PayFast which is a safe and widely used payment gateway that allows use of credit and debit cards and may be used by customers both in and outside of South Africa.
- Direct electronic payments to the SLSJ bank account (EFT) may also be made.
- As shipping costs cannot be included in the checkout payment process, payment of shipping costs over and above the item price will be arranged via a PayFast link which will be sent to the customer.
- Prices are listed in South African rands ZAR, but can be seen in USD via a built-in currency converter.
- Prices may change due to the fluctuating cost of gold, silver and other elements used in production.
- Ordered items in stock will be delivered within 7 days as far as possible.
- Ordered items not in stock will be delivered within 21 days as far as possible.
- Customers are responsible for furnishing correct ring sizes at commencement of order.
- Sorry no refunds.
- Free repair to all items within first 6 months due to faulty workmanship.
- Repairs caused by customer or accident will be charged.
- Advice on handling and protecting enamel and other jewellery available on request.
- As each item is hand made there may be variations in the enamelling finish.
